For two decades I have worked at the intersection of technology cycles — enterprise digitalization, internet platforms, smart hardware, the connected vehicle, and now AI-native product systems. Unlike most managers, I have kept a working instinct for the bottom of the stack: the system, the architecture, the next shape of the product.
For the last three years the work has been Generative AI LLM AI Agent Multimodal AI Workflow — and how each of them rewrites product definition, the R&D process, and the way complex systems are designed.
